This page covers the waitlist on this website. Nothing is for sale here, no account is created, and no software is delivered. If SynexisOS ships, it will have its own terms and you will see them before you use it.

What you are agreeing to

That we may email you about SynexisOS at the address you gave us, until you tell us to stop. That is the whole of it.

What we are promising

We will not sell, rent or share your address. See the privacy page for the one company it passes through and why.
Every email carries a working unsubscribe link, and your mail app's own unsubscribe button works too.
We will email you about SynexisOS and nothing else. No unrelated offers, no partner mailings.

What we are not promising

Being on the waitlist is not a reservation, a licence, a purchase or a place in a queue with a number on it. It does not entitle you to early access, a discount, or a copy of anything.

SynexisOS does not exist yet as a product you can use. Everything described on the front page is what it is being built to do. It may ship later than we hope, differently from how it is described, on fewer platforms, or not at all. Nothing here is a commitment that it will arrive.

The answer you may have given us

After signing up you may have tapped one of five buttons — bills, appointments, family, work, renewals. That is research, it is optional, and it obliges nobody. It does not shape what you are offered or when.

Using this website

Do not attempt to break, overload or probe it, and do not submit an address that is not yours or that you are not entitled to use. We rate limit the signup form, so an automated flood will simply be refused — and if it is heavy enough, real people are refused alongside it, which is why we ask.

Ending it

You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link, and you do not need a reason. We may remove an address from the list ourselves — a bouncing address, an obvious fake, or a signup we did not think was made by the person it names.

We may also close the waitlist entirely and delete it. If that happens we will say so by email first.

Liability

This is a free mailing list for a product that does not exist yet. Nothing on this site is advice, and no decision worth money should rest on it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the waitlist or from anything said on this website. These terms are governed by the law of Ontario, Canada, and any dispute belongs in the courts there.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects what we do with your address, we will email everyone on the list before it takes effect.

SynexisOS is operated by Mandela Dilegal, an individual, at hello@synexisos.ai. There is no company behind it — a sole proprietorship is not a separate legal person, so the operator is the person.
